TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by TopClean LLC. By ordering services from us via telephone, email, fax, or our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. TopClean LLC reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will not incur any charges.
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours before the scheduled service will incur a charge of $50.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service will result in a charge of 100% of the total service amount.
  • If a customer at the location refuses to allow us to start the job, a charge of 100% will also apply.

We appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy.

ARRIVAL TIME

Cleaning services are provided between 9 AM – 7 PM on your scheduled day. Due to varying cleaning times and potential delays, our cleaning staff may arrive within a one-hour window.

PREPARING FOR YOUR CLEANING

Please do not perform any cleaning before our arrival; however, we ask that you pick up as much clutter as possible from areas you want us to clean. Heavily cluttered areas (shelving, countertops, etc.) may not be cleaned to avoid potential breakage.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS

Our cleaning staff is equipped with certain limitations:

  • We do not use ladders higher than two steps.
  • We cannot move furniture over 15 lbs but will attempt to clean visible areas using extension dusters.
  • Areas considered biohazards (e.g., litter boxes, human or animal waste) will not be cleaned.

CLEANING SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT

We use environmentally friendly cleaning supplies and provide most necessary equipment, except for certain items, including but not limited to:

  • Vacuum
  • Conventional mop and bucket
  • Step stool
  • Toilet brush
  • Specialty products like heavy-duty bathroom cleaner, wood cleaner, and stainless steel cleaner.

If you provide these items and leave clear instructions for their use, we are happy to utilize them. Additionally, running water is required to perform our services.

PRICE INCREASE

TopClean LLC reserves the right to adjust client rates at any time, with notification provided at least 30 days prior to any price increase.

BREAKAGE

While we take precautions to prevent breakage, accidents can occur. We cannot be held responsible for breakage caused by unstable items (“booby traps”).

  • We will pay up to $100 per item for verifiable damages. For damages exceeding $100, a Liability Insurance Claim will be initiated.
  • Broken items valued over $25 must be verified before replacement or reimbursement is authorized.
  • Report any breakage within 7 days of discovery.

INSURANCE

TopClean LLC maintains Commercial General Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance. This policy covers accidental damages caused by our staff, reported within 24 hours of service.

LIABILITY

TopClean LLC is not liable for:

  • Tasks not stated in our task list.
  • Incomplete cleaning due to lack of suitable detergents or equipment.
  • Third parties present at the premises during the cleaning process.
  • Wear or discoloration of fabric visible after dirt removal.
  • Failure to remove old stains that cannot be addressed with standard methods.
  • Damages caused by faulty customer-supplied detergents or equipment.

SMS Communication

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS communications from TopClean LLC via (888) 927-2788, you consent to receive text messages regarding our services, notifications, promotions, and updates. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS you receive from us or by contacting us directly.

We will not share your phone number with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver our services.

Customer Responsibility

As the owner of TopClean LLC, I take full responsibility for my employees and their actions. Our policies aim to minimize risks. I review any unresolved incidents personally to ensure fair resolutions. You are a valued customer, and I am committed to addressing any issues promptly.
